Getting started

1. In LumaFusion, prepare the timeline you want to grade and create a supported timeline package.
2. Open the package from Kolora or choose Kolora from Apple's Share interface.
3. Allow Kolora to validate the package and prepare its local working copy.
4. Select a clip or supported adjustment layer and complete your color work.
5. Use Kolora's export controls to create a validated package, then share or open that package in LumaFusion.

If a package will not open

• Confirm that the file has the .lfpackage extension.
• Confirm that the package finished exporting before opening it in Kolora.
• Make sure the iPad has enough free storage for the package, extracted media, thumbnails, caches, and export.
• Try opening the package from the Files app or sharing it directly from LumaFusion.
• Retain the original LumaFusion project and package until you have confirmed the returned project works as expected.

Storage and project removal

Kolora may keep working package copies, extracted media, editable grade state, thumbnails, proxies, caches, generated LUT data, and exported packages in its private app storage. Use Kolora's project and storage controls to remove projects or clear rebuildable files. Deleting Kolora removes its local app container, subject to separate Apple device or iCloud backups.
